Ankita Bhakat shines in Archery

Ankita Bhakat led India to the women's archery quarter-finals at the Paris Olympics 2024. She scored a season-best 666 points, placing 11th in the rankings. Her teammates Bhajan Kaur and Deepika Kumari finished 22nd and 23rd. Korea’s Sihyeon Lim set a World Record with 694 points.

Dhiraj Bommadevara leads men's team

Dhiraj Bommadevara and Tarundeep Rai placed in the top 10 in the men's archery rankings. Dhiraj scored 681 points, finishing 4th, while Tarundeep finished 14th with 674 points. Pravin Jadhav scored 658 points, taking the 39th spot. The men's team reached the quarter-finals, thanks to strong performances by Dhiraj and Tarundeep.
